Terms and Conditions

1. Use of this site is governed by the terms and conditions (the “Terms”) set forth below.

3. "Buyer", "Customer", "You" refers to you as a user of this site when placing an order in the shop collectionel.pl, constituting a contract of sale under the Civil Code between Collection EL and the customer.

4. Placing an order is an unequivocal acceptance of these Terms and of consent to the storage and processing of your customer data contained in the contract, in accordance with the provisions of the Act on personal data protection (OJ 1997 No. 133 item 883 Act of August 29, 1997).  Please see the section "Privacy Policy".

5. Site content, trade names, product names and logos are owned by Collection EL or companies cooperating with it.  No part of this site may be reproduced or linked to another site without the express written permission of Collection EL. The permission for use of this site is limited to searching for products and to placing an order.

6. To be eligible to make purchases on this site, you must:

a) Register for use of the service.

b) Be the holder of a valid credit card or debit card (not applicable to payments "on delivery").

c) Be over 18 years old.

7. Prices of products in the store are given in Polish zloty and include VAT, but do not include shipping costs.  The price given for each product shall be binding upon the order.

8. Shop Collectionel.pl reserves the right to change the price of products,  to introduce new products to the store, and to change or to remove promotions.

9. Settlement of credit card transactions and e-transfers is carried out via the settlement centre Dotpay.

10. The customer can place orders in the online store collectionel.pl, 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

     a) The order is processed:

      • The same day if received before 12 noon on a business day

      • The following business day if received after 12 noon on a business day

b) You can order only products in the store marked as "available".

11.  The customer may indicate:

     a) The ordered product and its size 

     b) The quantity of product up to a maximum of 5 units

     c) The manner of delivery

     d) The manner of payment

12. You warrant that the personal data that is required when registering as a "client" is true, accurate and up to date in all respects.  If there are any changes to your personal data, please notify us immediately.  If you are a registered as a "Customer", you can always update your information by the option "My account".

13. As a customer, you agree to keep your password and account information confidential so as to prevent unauthorized access to it.  As a customer you are responsible for all activities on your account.  If you suspect that your password is known to anyone or can be used in a way that is not authorised by you, please contact us immediately.  If you have forgotten your password, resend your application and we will send you a new one to your e-mail address provided. All personal information you provide will be stored in accordance with the law on personal data protection.

14.  As a user you can cancel the registration of your account at any time by calling the telephone number +48 513543519 (Monday to Friday 8.00-17.00) or by sending notice of cancellation by e-mail to: info@collectionel.pl

15. Upon receipt of the consignment, the customer is obliged to check the state of the package.  If the package is damaged, the customer is entitled to claim (See the section "Returns and Exchanges").

16. Collectionel.pl may at any time update or change the terms and conditions so please read the rules of shopping in our store before ordering online.

17. In all matters not specifically covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code will be adhered to.
